1.設(shè)備轉(zhuǎn)速:

螺桿空壓機的排氣量與轉(zhuǎn)速成正比,而轉(zhuǎn)速往往會隨電網(wǎng)的電壓、頻率而變化。當(dāng)電壓降低或頻率降低時,轉(zhuǎn)速將下降,使螺桿空壓機排氣量減少。

螺桿空壓機是容積型壓縮機,吸氣體積不變。當(dāng)吸氣溫度升高,或吸氣管路阻力過大而使吸入壓力降低時,氣體的密度減小,相應(yīng)地會減少螺桿空壓機排氣量;

轉(zhuǎn)子相互之間及轉(zhuǎn)子與外殼之間在運轉(zhuǎn)時沒有接觸,保持有一定的縫隙,所以會產(chǎn)生氣體泄漏。壓力升高后的氣體通過縫隙向吸氣管道及正在吸氣的嚙槽泄漏時,將使排氣量減小。為了減少泄漏量,在從動轉(zhuǎn)子的齒頂做有密封齒,主動轉(zhuǎn)子的齒根開有密封槽,端面也加工有環(huán)狀或條狀的密封齒。如果這些密封線磨損,將使泄漏量增加,因此平時維護(hù)的時候應(yīng)該考慮到這些因素;

If these sealing wires are worn out, the leakage will increase, so these factors should be taken into account in maintenance.

氣體在壓縮過程中溫度會升高,轉(zhuǎn)子與機殼的溫度也相應(yīng)升高,所以在吸氣過程中,氣體會受到轉(zhuǎn)子和機殼的加熱而膨脹,因此相應(yīng)地會減少吸氣量。螺桿式空氣壓縮機的轉(zhuǎn)子中有的采用了油冷卻,機殼用水冷卻,其目的之一就是為了降低其溫度。當(dāng)冷卻效果不好時,溫度則升高,螺桿空壓機排氣量便會減少。
